B - ABOUT THE DIFFERENTIATED INDICES “Store for Foreigners” and “Store for Brazil” OF THE OAK ART GALLERY The OAK Art Gallery works with the commercialization of physical works of art and digital works of art, thus, for customers in the Brazilian territory, the purchase rights for both works, both physical and digital, are protected. For customers outside Brazil, sales are unlimited for digital products. For those customers residing outside Brazil who are interested in handcrafted works of art (paintings), there is the option of filling out the Export Authorization Request form. This form does not guarantee that the artwork will be reserved or invoiced as a sold product. As a legal matter in Brazil, it is only allowed to send a work of art (painting) with the prior authorization of the government. If the form is approved, the customer who filled it out with an interest in purchasing the piece will be informed and thus, all additional amounts will also be the responsibility of the customer and, if he agrees, he will be able to buy the physical work of art (painting) if this is available and your invoice will be issued. Thus, it is the full responsibility of the consumer to correctly fill in the respective form that is found in the “Store abroad” menu. For digital arts, which are files in TIIF format, the customer can purchase regardless of which country they are residing, as it is a file that is electronically forwarded the link to the consumer to the address of their electronic mailbox (e-mail address ). We will not be responsible for refunds of payments for physical artwork(s) as well as the shipment thereof when it is a matter of destination address(es) outside the Brazilian geographic space without prior approval from the Brazilian government. For more details about this situation, read on the “Export Order” tab, in the “Shop Abroad” menu. 2- How to find content or product when browsing the OAK Art Gallery website? 2.1 The domain extension name in the URL, after.com/ means which page you are browsing in our online gallery (on our official website), for example: Http://www.oakartgallery.com/inicio You are on the first page of the website, which contains a presentation of the main products and general information about the gallery. Http://www.oakartgallery.com/paintings is on the gallery's shop page for paintings (physical works of art), which contains all of our paintings available for sale. Http://www.oakartgallery.com/quadroscolecao you are on the page where a specific collection is publicized and accessible, each item of the collection available for sale. A collection is a set of works of art that are elaborated with a narrative factor, where each work has a dialogue with the other, being able to follow a color palette or portray in the painting images or techniques that harmonize with each other in the composition of the decoration, using one frame next to the other. C - ABOUT THE COLLECTION AND SET OF PHYSICAL ARTWORKS 3- Can I buy just one painting from a Collection or do I have to buy the entire collection? 3.1 Yes, you can buy just one painting from a collection when it is disclosed in the image and on the page named product description as a single piece. Therefore, the sale refers to only one product. 4 – How to buy a set called Diptych or Triptych? 4.1 A set is sold, only when the items appear together in the photo and in its product description, called a “diptych” when two works of art make up the set and called a “triptych” when three works of art make up the set. However, for the safety of the piece, each frame will be packaged separately and therefore will be independent volumes and proportionally to the freight rate. D - ABOUT AUTHENTICITY CERTIFICATE and PREVIOUS CERTIFICATION 4- Will I have any document that identifies that the work of art is a legitimate piece? 4.1 Yes, you will have the Certificate of Authenticity for when you purchase the physical artwork. This Certificate of Authenticity is physical, printed on coated paper with the logo of our gallery and manually signed by the artist. This document describes the technical content and the photo of the artwork. It is important to be guarded by the owner of the artwork to maintain the guarantee of legitimacy. Copies of the certificate are not made, nor are handwritten notes and/or adhesive labels on the Certificate of Authenticity. The OAK ART GALLERY contains the original photos of the certificates in its database. It is through the signature that the expertise is carried out, whenever the owner of the piece wants to choose and be responsible and bear the costs that this work requires, seeking a specialist of his choice. The Certificate of Authenticity is sent together with the work of art, packed in a plastic envelope and attached to the back of the painting. 5 – What is Priority Certification? 5.1 It is a record of proof of Priority, made in qualified competent entities and bodies, whose purpose is to ensure the copyright of the creation and has legal recognition in more than 179 countries. All our arts are registered by the Blockchain network. The system is highly secure with the validity of judicial evidence, as it has a decentralized database and the distributed information is secured with a “HASH” signature that is inviolable, as there is no way to break (break or modify) the registered information that identifies, by a unique encrypted code, its existence. The record with the intellectual content information is assigned to this HASH signature and can be consulted publicly by QR code. If the customer wanted to confirm the existing registration, just send an email to our gallery, in the "Contact" menu and write the name of the work of art and we will respond promptly and send the code for verification on the official platform that was registration performed. 6. Do the artworks have the artist's signature? 6.1 Yes, all artistic creations are signed by artist Érika Oak, on the front of the painting and on the back of the canvas for physical artwork. As the physical artworks are framed, the signature on the back is not visible as it is protected with a 3mm MDF protective board to ensure greater durability of the piece. Do not remove the plate to avoid damaging your frame. In the digital arts there is also the inclusion of the signature, however the manual signature is digitized and there is, for copyright purposes, the registration of all the artist's creations on the Blockchain network. E - ABOUT THE TECHNICAL INFORMATION OF THE WORKS OF ART 7. - How can I get information about the artwork I see on the OAK Art Gallery website? 7.1 You can select any image of the product and when hovering the mouse over the photo, the “quick view” will appear for your appreciation. For technical information, care and maintenance of the work of art and more detailed photos, just click on the product image and you will be directed to the page with the descriptions. On this page will appear a slide show containing a set of photos and also, in some cases, you may have a video of the photos. Next to the photos, there will be columns with information about the product's characteristics, such as weight, height, width and length of the artwork, the type of frame already installed on the artwork, among other attributes. For digital arts, there is also descriptive information and technical data corresponding to each TIIF file. F - ABOUT MY PURCHASE ORDER 8- The hand-painted Artwork is an exclusive artifact, I liked it and there is only one, how can I guarantee that the painting is mine? 8.1 When you place the product you like in your shopping bag on the OAK Art Gallery website, it is still not guaranteed that it is yours. Proceed with your purchase by clicking on the shopping bag icon and selecting the payment method and, immediately upon receiving approval, the stock of the said painting/work of art will be downloaded. You will receive an email with our domain (@oakartgallery.com) and indicate your shipment notification. 9. After I complete the checkout of my purchase, when will I receive my painting (physical artwork)? An official email from OAK ART GALLERY (@oakartgallery.com) will be sent to the customer's email address, as filled in in the checkout fields, with personal data. This notification will confirm that your payment has been authorized by the Financial Administrator (credit card or Pay Pal) and your invoice will be issued. Your purchase order will be shipped on the next business day and will be sent by SEDEX via Correios, to the address indicated on your form. Make sure of the address that you will register for the delivery of your purchase, as well as a person responsible for signing the receipt (AR: NOTICE OF RECEIPT must be signed by the person who appears in the registration of the purchase at checkout), as there is no way to change it later the completion of checkout. 10. If I am unable to complete the purchase due to an issue with my card, or other issues with my financial institution, will I be able to reserve my order? 10.1 At the end of your checkout, if the Financial Administrator identifies any instability in the transaction process of your payment to the OAK Art Gallery, a notification email of a confidential nature will be sent, only informing you that it was not possible to complete it successfully of your purchase. Because it is a work of art, made manually, each piece is unique and exclusive and we do not make reservations. For this reason, we will always be counting it as a sold item only when, after receiving it in our financial transaction system, it is approved by the card administrator or by Pay Pal, referring to the order made by the customer. 11. How will my painting be packed for shipment? 11.1 We have developed our own branded packaging to store and ensure the integrity of the piece. The frame is wrapped in stretch film, with security seals. Afterwards, with protective corners, the frame is wrapped in high-resistance bubble plastic. Then, packaged with a golden metallic and if it is a gift, the package is already made with refinement. The packaged piece of art is packaged in a box with styrofoam sheets on the sides and bottom. The frame will be fitted with expanded polyethylene profiles to maintain impact-insulating compression. The box belongs to our company, in black with the OAK ART GALLERY logo, made with double wave cardboard. The box is sealed with stretch film and adhesive tape on all sides and center. We finished it off with heavyweight Kraft paper and several layers of duct tape on the sides. 12. I bought more than one physical artwork in a single purchase, how will my orders come? 12.1 Each work of art is individually packaged and wrapped. Thus, if you bought two or more, it will be equivalent to the number of boxes you will receive, the invoice being the total, but always a copy attached to each box. 13. How long will it take for me to receive my purchase? 13.1 For physical works of art, the time is estimated according to your choice of postal delivery, ie the dedicated zip code for the destination of your shipment. To bring greater peace of mind, security and satisfaction to our customers, we adopted the modality via SEDEX by Correios. The estimate is 05 to 08 working days. This period includes the verification of the order, the expedition and the time of sending by Correios via SEDEX. 13.2 For digital arts, as soon as the checkout is completed and payment is approved, your link is immediately available on the thank you page of the OAK Art Gallery itself and also sent to the email address you registered. The link sent to your email address will be valid for thirty days. Thus, we recommend that you download your digital artwork file to your device to avoid losing the product after the period expires. 14. Can someone else receive my purchase? 14.1 The person whose name is registered at the checkout of said purchase order is the one who must sign for receipt of delivery. All deliveries are via SEDEX, with a declaration of the value of the content and with AR (receipt signature). This is a way to work safely for everyone! 15. When does the right of return for a physical work of art apply? If you are not satisfied with the physical work of art, you have seven calendar days after receipt to justify your request for a return in writing and then arrange for the product to be posted within this period. Therefore, we emphasize that the procedure must follow the rules and steps of: 15.1 The justification must be sent in writing via email to oak@oakartgallery.com on a date within the deadline and considering business hours for the feasibility of reading and returning, subject to the terms previously stipulated here for analysis to compose the approval or request decline. 15.2 The customer must be absolutely aware of the agreement with the essential requirements to maintain the right of return, respecting the rules of the Safety Notice, previously described here and also received in printed format, inside the envelope that accompanies the product, with the information: "Luxury Product - Safety Warning: as it is a luxury item, exclusive and, with the painting done manually, the packaging is carefully done to ensure the protection of the product, as well as to enable the return guarantee according to the Term Policy of the Purchase Conditions, described on the official website of the Gallery. However, this regulation is restricted and depends on the non-violation of the protective film that insulates the work of art, without any damage to the product and/or lack of protective parts for the set of items that make up the entire personalized box”. 15.3 The cost of postage and any fee involving reverse logistics are the sole responsibility of the customer, including the insurance fee, due to its acquisition and withdrawal, and this action does not attribute to voluntary acceptance by OAK ART GALLERY, since that the expertise of the product will still be provided when it is received by the company's team. 15.4 The packaging must be the original as shipped. The OAK ART GALLERY has all the photos of its products on file before they are packaged and then packaged, front and back. Thus, it is guaranteed that it was packaged within safety standards and carefully packaged by a specialized professional. 15.5 After inspection, if there is any damage to the product, whether caused by the customer or by third parties due to the reverse logistics process, or lack of protective parts, or violation of the protective film, violation of security seals, alteration of the product, attempted repair , attempted repair, damage caused by incorrect packaging, among any sign of use, it will not be considered approved for acceptance and the right to withdraw from the purchase will be rejected; as well as it will not be accepted to serve as an exchange product, total or partial reimbursement whether in cash, or for service provision or any other product that the gallery sells or may come to sell. The customer will be informed by official email from OAK ART GALLERY. The product will be returned to the customer's address, in which case the freight will be paid by the customer.
