SHIPPING: calculation by weight
Each work of art has a distinct weight, due to the structure of the canvas chassis, amount of paint applied, the frame and protective artifacts of the painting's packaging. Thus, each one already has its weight informed in the description of the product page, in "Technical Specifications of the Frame". This field also contains the dimensions: length, width and height. Thus, the freight is calculated according to the packaged product. This is the fair and correct way for us to commercialize the physical works of art (paintings) according to the characteristics that each one has.
SHIPPING: SEDEX
You will have your PHYSICAL product (paintings) transported by the Post Office in the SEDEX modality, with an estimated period of 5 working days, through our platform, plus 2 working days for us to carry out the verification and shipment. It is a luxury item, so we will be ensuring that its acquisition takes place safely until hand delivery, with ELECTRONIC AR (receipt notice). For your peace of mind, you can follow the logistical route and receive notifications in your email. For foreigners, shipping will be defined according to the destination Country, informed to the customer by email. For the purchase of the Digital Art product, the TIFF file link is sent to the customer's email for him to download at completed checkout approved.
